Swedish Designer iPad Wall Mount

The Swedish designer Arodsin Redningar has created an iPad wall mount which he calls the iPad Capsule. It is essentially a wooden frame which is coated in white paint which acts as protection and is angled so that the iPad fits inside it at a angle comfortable for interacting with.

The design compliments the iPad if it is to be used as a digital photo-frame or if you want to wire your speaker system and TV output into the device and use it as the entertainment hub.

Additionally it also charges your iPad while it is connected to the wall mount.

Comparison to other iPad Wall mounts

It is quite a good idea since it looks much better compared to the other Wall mounts on Youtube which you can see in the video below.

I suspect quite a few wall mounts and hardware accessories to be created as people realise how this device can be used completely different compared to normal laptops or desktops.

I’ve already traveled internationally with my iPad and have come up with a few ideas which would make traveling much easier, especially when it comes to outdoor reading… will share my sketches soon.
